Are your caravans fully equipped?
Is there a minimum age requirement for renting a caravan?
Yes, there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for renting a caravan.
What time is check in / Check out
Check in time is 4PM
Check out time is 10AM
Can i prebook Shows / Activities ?
Unfortunately when booking direct with ourselves, you cant prebook entry into the shows, good news is , you just join the non booked queue there is plenty of availability for access to all shows.
Any Activities can be booked 7 Days in advance or at the caravan village reception on arrival.
Are passes included with my booking ?
Yes we supply upto 2 X Adult and 2 x Child Butlins Wristbands for access to the whole resort with Every family booking. (2 x Extra can be added for an extra Charge).
Whats included in my booking?
All of our bookings are inclusive of Wristbands, Bedding, Towels,
Gas/Electric/Water and WiFI are included also (Subject to Fair usage)
Is Parking Available at the caravan?
Yes there is parking for 1 car on the driveway at the caravan, extra cars need to be parked in the day visit car park, not on the grass.
Do you permit Guests at the caravan?
No, Only guests booked in via ourselves on your booking are permitted to be in the caravan, we do not allow outside guests or visitors.
Do you allow Pets?
No we do not allow pets at the caravan, please leave them at home,
What Payments do you accept?
A Deposit of £150 is Payable upon Booking this is non refundable.
The remainig amount + Damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before check in.
We accept credit / Debit Card payments via stripe and Bank Transfers.
We Do Not accept cash.
